MEETING ACTIONS

CALL TO ORDER BY:       

Shearon Martin called the meeting to order at 6:33 pm.

QUORUM:    

There was a quorum present.

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING:

Previous Minutes were waived

OLD / UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

a. Parking enforcement and towing

    The Board has hired Security Boss for Parking Enforcement and Towing. Random Patrol day and night, though it was mutually agreed on that night patrols are the most effective. Discussion revolved around if it was in the budget, the conclusion was the safety of the community is the most important thing, especially with the holidays approaching.  It can be discussed further at the Budget Meeting

    Violation sweeps will take place monthly. If a letter is received, please act on it promptly Driveways, roofs, excessive flowerpots, overnight parking on the streets, grass swales are some of the most common

    b. Fining Committee Announcement

    The Board has found a Fining Committee of 5 homeowners. The Property Manager outlined the process for clarification to all in attendance

    c. New Business

    No New Business on the Agenda but it was mentioned that Cameras are being installed at the pool, and the entrances currently have cameras.  It was also discussed that ManorparkHOA.com is a great asset with valuable information on it.

    GOOD AND WELFARE:

    Parking Enforcement brought up again.  The owner were told this was already discussed at length. Owners also wanted to know if towing would be halted for the Holidays.

    Log-in issues with the portal to pay maintenance was brought up
