Hurricane Ian
As you may be aware, Hurricane Ian formed early Monday morning and was expected to become a major Category 4 hurricane as a large stretch of the Gulf Coast of Florida was preparing for a possible landfall later this week.
While South Florida remained out of the cone of concern, forecasters said Ian could reach major hurricane strength before making an impact on the northern part of the state in the coming days. Considerable flooding is expected across south Florida.

RE: Blocking Sidewalks at Manor Parc Community
All owners and renters:
Please be advised this is a final reminder that cars should not block the sidewalk. You are allowed to parallel park on your driveway. Each home design in Manor Parc accommodates a minimum of 4 cars (garage, 2 in the driveway and 1 parallel on the driveway). Please understand that when you block the sidewalk, pedestrians including children now have to walk in the street which puts them at risk.
Effectively immediately, towing will resume for this violation. Please help us maintain a safe community for all. If you have any questions, please contact Phoenix Management at 954-640-7070.
Sincerely,
Leidy Roca, LCAM
