Who manages the community:
  • Consolidated Community Management located at 7124 N. Nob Hill Road, Tamarac, Fl., 33321. The Property Manager is Christopher Fernandez, email office@ccmfla.com. Phone # is 954-718-9903. His response time is usually 24-48 hours (Mon-Frid).

  • The HOA works closely with the management company to ensure rules and regulations are being followed and the community is well maintained.
  • The HOA contracts one vendor which is the landscaping company that is responsible for cutting and trimming the grass/shrubs at the front of your lot.
  • The CDD manages all common areas (off your lot) including the pool. Please visit sabalpalmcdd.com for more information.
  • Contact the CDD Field Manager, Patrick Burgess at pburgess@gmssf.com. Please include your full name, community name and complete house address.
  • Meetings will be held quarterly at the office of Consolidated Community Management at 7124 N. Nob Hill Road, Tamarac, Fl., 33321. Meeting notices will be sent 14 days prior to the meeting.
  • If it’s an emergency, call 911.
  • Non-emergency issues should be addressed to the attention of the Property Manager, Christopher Fernandez, at office@ccmfla.com
  • For important issues, please call the property manager at 954.718-9903. Please leave your full name, the name of our community and any helpful details regarding your call.
  • Visit our website at www.manorparchoa.com and download a copy of the ARC form, complete and send to Phoenix Management. Exterior improvements include replacing/adding pavers, fences, painting (colors cannot be changed), etc. City permits may be required.
  • Renters are required to register and a background check must be completed prior to occupancy. Please contact the property manager at office@ccmfla.com
  • Contact the local post office, located at 6240 West Oakland Park Blvd, 33319.
  • All paint colors are ‘flat’ from Sherwin Williams. Contact the Property Manager your color palette. 
  • Contact the Property Manager.
  • Contact the Police Department first and email the Property Manager as well.
  • Requests for camera footage from the cameras located at the entrance to the community should come from the police department. If you have the police report, please contact the CDD Field Manager, Patrick Burgess, at pburgess@gmssf.com.
  • The Oak tree is regulated by the City of Tamarac. Please visit tamarac.org for more information.
  • No, the CDD does not approve parties at the pool. There are no lifeguard services.
  • Every Monday. Please contact Waste Management at 954-974-7500 if you have a concern.
