CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 6:31 PM.
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES:
Previous minutes were approved unanimously.
CERTIFYING A QUORUM PRESENT:
For Annual Meetins, a quorum of Membership is needed, not quorum of the Board.
NO QUORUM ESTABLISHED.
With no Membership quorum established, there is no Annual Meeting.
The Board of Directors will Roll over.
ORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD:
The Board agrees to keep their same positions.

GOOD AND WELFARE, OPEN FORUM:
Property manager confirms Modification (Fence) for 5307 has been signed and given to the homeowner.
Pool Fob requests have been sent to Patrick at the Master Association (CDD)
2 meeting signs to be ordered directors through Quick Time Signs per the Board of Directors as presented in several email exchanges.
Patrolling of the community/Securit Watch has been hired by the community. Enforcement will begin mid to late January and correspondence will be sent to the community indicating all aspects of enforcement.
