CALL TO ORDER
- Shearon Martin called the meeting to order at 6:32 pm.

OLD/UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
a. Parking update
The Board is currently looking into parking enforcement and random patrols within the community.

Violation of Community by Laws
Violation sweeps will take place monthly. If a letter is received, please act on it promptly Driveways, roofs, excessive flowerpots, overnight parking on the streets, grass swales are some of the most common
b. Violation Committee
The Board has 5 Member is mind for the violation Committee. The Property Manager outlined the process for clarification to all in attendance
c. Landscaping
- 1st phase of tree trimming completed for Palm Trees
- Flowers replenished by the monuments
- Power washing is being scheduled for the roundabouts
d. Hurricane Season
If a hurricane is threatening, mass Emails and Bulletins will be sent out by Management with precautionary reminders. Food items, essentials, bring in all flowerpots and anything that may be a projectile etc.
NEW BUSINESS:
a. Holiday lighting Committee Volunteers
The Board is looking for Holiday Lighting Committee Volunteers
b. Fining Committee Volunteers
The Board is looking for Fining Committee Volunteers
GOOD AND WELFARE:
Topics ranged from a tree someone would like taken down, street parking, speeding in the neighborhood, and struggling to pay their maintenance. Property manager referred all Financial questions to Brittny – Grant Property Management Accounts receivable.
