The contract was awarded to JLS Landscaping Services, Inc. which is a full-service residential & commercial landscaping company. JLS provides tree care by certified arborists, irrigation repair/management by certified technicians.

Re: Proposed Amendments
Dear Members:
At the meeting held on Wednesday September 27th, 2023 at the conference room of Phoenix Management Services, we did not receive the required votes (75%) to pass either of the proposed amendments. As a result, the meeting was adjourned. The board will make another attempt to get the required votes for the amendments to pass. Letters will be mailed via USPS and emailed. If you have not done so already, please ensure Phoenix Management has your email contact. If your property is fenced, we still need your vote. The proposed amendment would include fenced yards, but you can opt out of having your backyard cut if that’s your preference. Voting will ensure all backyards are maintained. All ‘common areas’ behind your home (not your lot) will continue to be maintained.
Please note, all previous votes have expired. Everyone will be required to vote again. Once you receive the ballot, sign and mail to Phoenix Management or drop off during business hours. You can also bring a signed copy with you to the meeting or have someone drop off your signed ballot. The proposed amendments are important to maintain the aesthetics and safety of our community.

Bill Pay – contact your bank and (make sure to add your address as account number) for questions you can contact your A/R representative.

MANOR PARC COMMUNITY HAS BEEN FLAGGED AS HIGH ACTIVITY MOSQUITO ZONE, WHICH MAKES IT ELEGIBLE FOR FREE MOSQUITO TREATMENT.
BROWARD COUNTY MOSQUITO CONTROL WILL BE COMING TO SPRAY THE AREA, OVERNIGHT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Re: Proposed Amendments
Dear Members:
At the meeting held on Friday, July 21st, at the Courtyards of Broward, we did not receive the required votes (75%) to pass either of the proposed amendments. As a result, the meeting was recessed. We will have another meeting within 90 days to give everyone a final chance to vote on the amendments. If we do not receive sufficient votes for the amendment to continue cutting backyards at this meeting, the HOA will cease cutting with a minimum of 30 days notice. If you already submitted your vote, you do not need to vote again unless you would like to change your vote. If you already voted and mistakenly vote again, your most recent vote will be used.
